All of the “Value Added Meals” we offer are fast and easy-to-cook meals, enabling the busy professional or family to eat the finest restaurant quality meals at home. All portions are individually wrapped. “Value Added Meals” are either pre-cooked or require little cooking time. All these delicious products have been marinated or pre-seasoned to perfection! FLASH FREEZING

Representing a breakthrough in the industry, All American Food Management vacuum-seals and flash freezes all of our products in individual airtight units. By sealing in all the flavors, vitamins, and juices within seconds, the product will return to its original prime condition when thawed and prepared. This process gives our customers fresh, restaurant quality foods in the comfort of their home.

Understanding Quality Grades

After USDA-inspection, processors can have their meat products quality graded, based on a variety of factors like marbling, age of the animal and yield. Quality grades refer to tenderness, juiciness and favor.
